Travel
I am willing to travel, however, generally I limit travel to two weeks away at a time. My out of town rate includes my per diems, however, it does not include travel and lodging (including local travel e.g. cabs). When travelling to the US it is your responsibility to obtain any required paper work to enable me to cross the border. For other countries with similar requirements the same restriction applies.
